Position: Experienced Butcher

Baldy Butchers is looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our busy team at Brambledown Farm Shop in Minster.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cut, trim, bone, and portion a variety of meats to a high standard.
Produce quality displays and maintain well-stocked counters.
Provide excellent customer service and product advice.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, and product quality.
Ability to use butchering equipment safely and efficiently.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
