Rice Paper Chicken Dumpling

Ingredients:
500g minced chicken
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onions
4 cloves garlic

Makes 12 dumplings

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl
2. Soak the rice paper in cold water
3. Place rice paper on a plate
4. Place chicken filling on the centre of the rice paper
5. Fold each side of the rice paper to the centre
6. Put dumpling into an air fryer
7. Spray oil over the dumplings
8. Air fry at 190 degrees for 12 minutes
9. Add soy sauce and spring onions to finish

Green Chicken Dumpling recipe:

Makes 18 dumplings 🥟

Ingredients

Wrapper:

3 eggs
25g spinach
5 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoons salt

Chicken filling:

120g chicken breast
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 spring onion
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Method:

Make wrappers:

1. Blend together all the wrapper ingredients
2. Set aside
3. Blend all the chicken ingredients together
4. Set aside
5. Add oil to saucepan on low heat
6. Slowly pour in a circular motion the green egg mixture onto the saucepan
7. Place chicken filling on one of the wrapper
8. Fold the wrapper over
9. Push down around the eggs of the wrapper

Cook

Boil or steam them for 10 minutes

Eat:

Add chilli oil and soy sauce over the dumplings
