Polite reminder about collecting your parcels📦
As an Evri and Royal Mail collection point we are more than happy for you to get your parcels sent to us for you to collect.
However, please choose us as the local collection point when choosing your delivery method/address, and please don’t just input the shop name when filling in the address line. This prevents us from being able to check your parcels in and out of the system, we currently have a collection of parcels with just vague first names and our own shop address.
Not only does it open up the opportunity for your parcels to end up missing when they’re not in the system, it also makes it harder to verify whose is whose.
Please make sure you are choosing us a parcelshop pick up location, not inputting our address.
