We're on the lookout for an experienced Chef who is passionate about great food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is ready to become part of the wonderful rollercoaster that is Gillespie Catering & Events. 🎢🍽️

No two days are ever the same, from weddings and private events to golf club dining and community projects. If you're looking for a role where you can be creative, challenged, and part of a close-knit team that genuinely loves what they do, we'd love to hear from you.

👨‍🍳💜 MEET THE NEWEST RECRUIT AT GILLESPIE CATERING & EVENTS! 💜👩‍🍳

After a long journey, plenty of patience, and a whole lot of love... we're delighted to announce that Baby G is proving nicely in the oven! 🍼✨

This little miracle has already secured the most important role in the business... Chief Taste Tester (starting January 2027!) 🥹

Our journey to shared motherhood through IVF hasn't always been easy, but every step has been worth it to get to this moment. We can't wait to meet the newest member of our family and our team.

A little bit of Mum, a little bit of Mama... and already made with so much love. 💜

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday and helped make the day so memorable for the new Mr & Mrs Your laughter, love and energy created an incredible atmosphere from start to finish.

Special shout out to the BIG gaffer Jamie-Lee who always goes above and beyond. The amount of thought, time and planning she put into this aswell as her impeccable attention to detail, also ensuring the smooth running of service and all the extra surprises throughout the day were just amazing!

We hope Paula & Steven, along with all of your family and friends, had the most incredible day and enjoyed every moment as much as we loved being part of it.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night for another fantastic evening of live music, followed by cheering on the Scotland boys into the early hours as they kicked off their World Cup campaign in style! 🇸🇨💙

Our team have been up bright and early preparing buffets for tonight's football-at-home parties 🥳⚽️ and we can't wait to help everyone celebrate Scotland's big game!
