The Signature – Arbikie’s inaugural Single Malt – is officially released.

A decade in the making, our first Ten-Year-Old expression is proof that patience, and the right field, create something magical. Odyssey barley grown on our own Angus fields, distilled at the farm in 2016, and matured a full ten years in ex-bourbon casks in a traditional dunnage warehouse – never rushed, never intervened with. Every stage, from field to bottle, happened on this single estate, giving The Signature a sense of place no bought-in spirit could ever claim.

Expect ripe peach and banana bread on the nose, brioche and apricot marmalade on the palate, and a finish of creamy vanilla and orange blossom. Bottled at 48% ABV. Just 1,000 bottles exist.

Available now. Once The Signature is gone, it’s gone.
