I am so proud of my boss/wife she is so talented, this is a traditional dessert dish in Thailand. Fresh mango with sticky rice served with a creamy coconut milk.....wow
If you would like to see this as a dessert on the thai twist menu give it a ❤️

We will start off by having a The Thai Twist night at the Golf Inn, Montrose on Sat 19th Sept from 6pm- 7pm and again on Sun 20th Sept from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.
