Slowly but surely things are starting to progress, still waiting on planning and the main item which is the trailer, our apologies for the lengthy delay but its out of our hands, but hopefully soon as we cant wait like all our lovely customers, hopefully we can post another positive post very soon. Not done any cooking for a while but raring to go, unfortunately I have to wait on authorities and delivery of the trailer, its driving me crazy but I made this hot honey beef kebabs tonight with peri peri and lime mayo.
