Something the team has been playing with today. Take on a banana split. Caramelised banana, brownie crumb. Orange and cocoa tuile. Rum pebbles, lime sugar, rum chantillie, vanilla ice cream and rum and lime gel and shattered caramel. The work Ag has put into this is amazing. Eats really well.
