After 25 years we no longer supply fresh lamb, when in season, direct to the public at Farmers Markets. We sell our lamb through monthly Farmers' Markets at Morpeth (1st Saturday of the month) and Kelso (4th Saturday). Customers are also welcome to visit the licensed on farm butchery, by appointment. The butchery is open for business from the end of August/early September through to the middle of February. This is when the lamb is traditionally in season here in Northumberland and we pride ourselves with producing a product the traditional way. Once the butchery season is closed we start the preparations for the lambing. This is a very enjoyable period welcoming the new life on the farm even though we work very long hours in what is more often than not poor weather. In between looking after the ewes and lambs over the summer we gather in the haylage, clip the ewes and carry out general maintenance around the farm. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries about the lamb.
