A beautiful spring evening meant my 16 guests had drinks and canapés outside, gorgeous. Starter- salmon tian. Main course was a Sharing steak board served with a trio of sauces chimichurri, peppercorn and bernaise and pudding was sticky toffee pudding.

A birthday celebration for 8 on Friday night. Two new canapés to try onion bahji with mint raita and Comte grougeres. Christmas already booked in as I left.

New sharing steak board with a trio of sauces ( Chimichurri, Bernaise and green peppercorn) just whilst the Beef Wellington is taking a back seat. Seemed to go down well.
