Good charcuterie starts with good pigs. This is Craig Evans. Craig and his family have reared pigs at Lower Chatwall Farm, near Cardington, South Shropshire for all of his life. He keeps pigs for ourselves and two other butchers. His expertise in rearing smaller herds of pigs ensures high quality, healthy and stress free animals.
