As another LARP season creeps upon us we want to offer you lovelies the opportunity to fill your bellies with us at Mhorish at a discounted rate!
Sorry this is all a bit last minute but our meal tickets are finally online now or you can buy your meal ticket on the field.
There have been price increases due to the rapidly rising costs of food and Gas along with the recent dramatic rise in the cost of fuel to get us all onto site but we hope that you'll all understand that these are beyond our control

With a prepaid Mhorish meal ticket your meals will be £10.50 and you can also pre-purchase your hot drinks with a Mhorish Dozen; 13 hot drinks for the price of 10.
If you purchase a meal ticket and combined it drinks deal then you'll save even more :)

There is no need to buy a meal ticket, just find us in the wild and pay per meal averaging £11

Our meal tickets allow you to buy our tasty wares by simply letting us punch…a hole in your ticket. The tickets cover the price of our delicious specials such as a full English breakfast, mac and cheese and HAGGIS!, or short order meals, a burger and chips plus one topping.

You can buy up to 12 meals on a ticket (up to £15 saving over individual meals!) if you buy a drink ticket at the same time save a on all your coffee, tea, hot chocolate and squash! saving over £30

In other news I forgot to put up the link to event meal tickets! There has had to be a change in the tickets, we offered universal meal tickets after lockdown as there was a lot of uncertainty about whether an event would happen or not and a lot of ill health meant that people had to cancel games at short notice but now that things have settled down we need to go back to tickets for individual events, it's hard to plan food and meals when we have no idea about attendance and limiting the meal tickets to events helps a little bit with the planning and helps to avoid some of the food waste. 2025 event tickets can be found here; https://mhorish.sumupstore.com/

I was worrying about holding prices down for this season, food prices have increased with the other overheads but I've just had the price for our till system and it has almost tripled! I'm being asked for nearly £60 per month for the software to run the till. I own the till hardware but I will have to rent the software and still pay a percentage of our turnover. Not only that but everything is on 12 month and 24 month contracts but we only trade for six months of the year which effectively doubles the cost as we'll be paying for six winter months when we don't take any money. I never thought that our price increases would be dictated by software charges!

I'm want to look at more varied events next year and I'm considering Alice's' Wicked Tea Party in Dorset at the end of May if other event dates work out. https://awtp.club/about/ It would be good to take Mhorish and Skian Mhor to some Post Apoc events.
