📣 WE’RE HIRING!

☕ Food Assistant / Barista – Mursley Farm Shop

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Food Assistant / Barista to join our busy coffee shop team.

The role includes:
☕ Making and serving coffee
🍳 Preparing and serving food
😊 Providing great customer service
💳 Till operation and customer transactions
🧹 Keeping the coffee shop clean, organised and well stocked
🤝 Supporting the wider team when needed

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous café, coffee shop or similar hospitality experience
• Is confident using a till
• Works well in a busy environment
• Is reliable, punctual and a great team player
• Can work flexibly across the week, including weekends

Barista training and experience using a Merrychef oven would be an advantage.
