Every loaf we make is scored by hand.

Most notably, our signature loaf is finished with the wheat sheaf score running up one side, which has become part of its identity and the company’s logo. Each score says a lot about the care and craft that every baker takes with every loaf.

But this year, let’s be honest, there’s only one score that really matters… Scotland at the World Cup!

Come join us this Friday for our next Pizza Party!

We’ll turn down the lights, crank up the music, and have an evening of unlimited pizza slices, salad, homemade dips, pickles, and our famous tiramisu.

Tickets are £20 per person (£5 for under 12s).

We’ll be open right through the day with tasty small plates and drinks to start you off, with pizzas being served from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.

Tickets are available on our website, and walk-ins are welcome.

Meet some of the people behind Company Bakery.

Starting with our wholesale leadership team: Olga, Head of Production, Hannah, Wholesale General Manager, and Luke, Head of Operations.

This summer marks two years since the three of them joined the team, and what an incredible two years it’s been. When they started, they were leading a team of 30. Today, that team has grown to nearly 90 people, producing over 30,000 products a week and 1,200 individual deliveries every week, and growing. Huge thanks for the last 2 years and many more to come!

There are very few people who can genuinely be described as having changed the way the world eats.

Sandor Katz is one of them.

On Wednesday 17th June, we are incredibly honoured to welcome to Company Bakery’s Eskmills Cafe for a special afternoon dedicated to fermentation, flavour and the crafts of living food cultures.

This will be an intimate, hands-on experience built around conversation, demonstrations and tastings, culminating in a shared meal at the table.

Marathon weekend is here, and we’re marking it with something special!

We’re thrilled to be partnering with with a portion of sales from our special cookie going directly towards their work. Kyniska Advocacy is a lived-experience and survivor-informed organisation dedicated to creating safer, healthier and more inclusive sporting environments.

Our peach & raspberry cookie isn’t just a nod to the new season’s fruit, the colours are a quiet tribute to Kyniska too. If you’re visiting us this weekend, please do support (they are delicious!).

And to every runner lacing up this weekend, we’re cheering for you!

Thanks to all the team for a fantastic day out in Glasgow on Saturday celebrating the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards!
Huge congratulations to for taking home Scottish Baker of the Year - amazing work completing the hat-trick, and to all the other award winners on Saturday. What a fantastic community and one we feel very lucky to be a part of.

We were delighted to win some awards - particularly chuffed with the GOLD for our Plain Croissant and taking home the ‘Local Hero’ award for the entire Company Bakery business was the perfect way to end the evening.

So thank you Scottish Bakers and thanks also to for hosting the event with genuine warmth and enthusiasm throughout the day.

As many of you clock off for the week, we’re the opposite. Friday is our busiest production day of the week and always has been. The ovens have just been turned on and are powering up ready for tonight’s bake, and we’re on track to produce just over 5,000 units overnight. All baked, packed and delivered ready for your breakfast!
