Wow, well that was some event! We hada great time organising and seeing so many happy faces.
We set out to create an event that we thought the Hebden Bridge area was missing. A relaxed environment where friends, beer and sun combine, with a touch of music to create a really good ambience.
We had 36 craft beers most of which were sourced from breweries within HX postcodes, local surrounding areas (then a couple from the big cities). With such a wide selection of cask and keg beers it was difficult to keep drinking the same beer.
Craftwork is a fundraiser organised by Hebden Bridge Round Table who are a group of men aged between 26 & 41 who get together for a socials, networking and most importantly helping local causes. To do this we created Craftwork as a fundraiser so we can continue growing and working within Hebden Bridge to give back more to our community. If helping out with the beer festival or any other events and activities we get up to feels like a bit of you, get in touch with us and we’ll sort out you attending our next meeting (meeting sounds boring but we only have fun ones).
