🍷 Left Bank or Right Bank?

This September, we’re raising a glass to Bordeaux at The Vinotopia W**e Barn as we celebrate Bordeaux W**e Month. 🇫🇷🍇

But which side of the river is calling your name?

Left Bank is Cabernet country — structured, elegant and built for the long haul, with legendary appellations such as Médoc and Margaux.

Right Bank leans towards Merlot — generous, silky and beautifully rounded, with the likes of Saint-Émilion and Pomerol.

Throughout September, we’ll be exploring both sides, with Bordeaux tipples available to taste from the Enomatic, special in-store promotions, and the shop dressed for the occasion in rather fabulous Bordeaux bunting. 🇫🇷

✨ GET CREATIVE AT THE W**E BARN ✨

Join us for a relaxed evening of linocut printmaking with local artist Katy from Letters & Lino. 🍷🎨

Whether you’re a complete beginner or fancy rediscovering a creative hobby, Katy will guide you through the traditional art of linocut — from transferring your design and carving your lino block to inking and hand-printing your very own single-colour prints.

August at Vinotopia 🍷

We have a busy month ahead at the W**e Barn, with tastings, local collaborations, good food and a little quiet reading.

🥂 Saturday 1st — International Albariño Day

We’re celebrating one of our favourite grape varieties with a pop-up tasting from 11am–3pm. Join us to discover a selection of Albariño w**es from across Spain, including La Mancha and Rías Baixas. Pop in and taste them for yourself!

👋 Tuesday 4th — The Cotswold Huddle

The Cotswolds’ friendliest networking group returns from 11.30am for a day of meetings, conversation and collaboration.

We’ll be serving delicious non-alcoholic spritzes, with pastries from local bread heroes Hobbs. We’ll also be joined by Dunkertons C***r and Cotswolds Distillery, showcasing some of our favourite local drinks.

🐟 Friday 21st — Fish & W**e Dinner

Join us at the W**e Barn for an evening celebrating fresh seafood and carefully chosen w**es.

Created with Alliance W**e and Birch Catering, the evening features four courses paired with w**es from around the world, beginning with Ch*****ne on arrival and finishing with a beautifully matched dessert w**e.

Tickets are £75 per person and spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

📚 Thursday 27th — Silent Book Club

Our relaxed monthly book club returns from 2–4pm. Bring along your current read, settle into a cosy spot and enjoy a peaceful afternoon at the W**e Barn.
