Now I’m known to like a little bit of garlic - ok, a lot of garlic 🧄 🧄🧄😂 - so time for that homemade pesto made with fresh basil from Camillas Countryliving. And just to ensure I’m maxing the 🧄 I’ve added some Really Garlicky Company aioli to my supper too

The Really Garlicky Co was founded in 2001 at the foot of the Cawdor Hills by a husband and wife team. "This variety is closely related to wild garlic with a mellow and pleasant taste." They are now the largest garlic grower in Scotland. I'm starting off at the Re:Store with their Caramelised Onions (a sticky mix of caramelised red & white onions with a generous helping of Scottish garlic) and the Sweet Chilli Mayo (a creamy mayo with their scottish garlic and a twist of chilli). Hoping to stock the garlic bulbs when the season starts.
