CLOSED SUNDAYS
We’ve made a very difficult decision to close on Sundays. Our cafe/shop business, along with our customers and community is of great importance to us, and we thank you for all your support over the last year.

Of equal importance is time together as a family and finding a healthy work/life balance.

Sundays have always been quiet since we opened. We reduced the hours to keep open, but sadly it continues to be uneconomical for us. We’ve therefore decided that it makes sense to be closed on Sundays to allow us to spend precious family time together.

We appreciate your understanding and for your continued support 🙏

Enjoy ☀️ on this 5 mile linear walk from Cawdor, right into Nairn. It’s fairly flat but there are some undulating sections. Dog friendly. Possibly mountain bike friendly too. Lovely spots to stop and take in nature at its best. It’s well signposted and some facts along with way. Freddie and l loved it. We’ll do it again soon, fuelled with coffee and cake from our cafe! link to walk in comments 👇

The amazing pupils at Cawdor Primary School (aka the Cawdor Book Bandits) have kindly donated a selection of children and adult books that can be read here or taken away and returned. What a lovely, creative idea! Enjoy 😊
