I would like to thank everyone who has messaged myself during this extremely difficult time for every buisness as you can imagine event catering has gone from having to a full diary overnight to having to reschedule events for later in the year or next when the diary can be busy already not always straight forward when it means getting marquee , venue ,catering and all your preferred suppliers available at the same time ,I’m sorry if I take a little longer to reply it because we are dealing as sympathetic as possible with customers needs , if we all work together and respect all we will come through this terrible pandemic , I will have all our talented and loyal chefs , food service and bar staff to be of service as soon as possible

Duties to include emptying vans and cleaning the dishes, pots and pans.
The days required would normally be Sunday, Monday and Tuesday but can vary depending on the business.

Donnie provided us with such a memorable day with efficient organisation where nothing was too much of a problem, we had finest west coast seafood ,and Ross-Shire beef fillet and most important, Donnie stayed and catered for us in the lodge all week.
