Happy Valentine’s Day from Hayfields Dairy! Today we’re at The Hollies Farm Shop tasting event, sharing the love with lots of delicious cheese. ♥️

On the 9th October I sent an email confirming I would accept the stall in Market Drayton Markets but had to wait 28 days before trading. I had 1 confirmed cheese supplier and no response from anyone else!

20th October I accepted a second market stall within Newport Indoor Market Shropshire

Further research and more emails and I secured a further 6 suppliers 🙂

We launched on Wednesday 12th November in Market Drayton followed by 14th November in Newport.

From an idea of trading just 1 day a week we went all in to 3!

Week 4 and I set myself a target of what turnover I wanted......

7th December, we did it .... 4 weeks trading and we have had our first 4 figure week.

Today was our first Christmas Market 🎄 which was a perfect way to finish the week. Next year we will be at Delamere Manor ☺️

Made with milk from farmers local to Hayfields Dairy in Audlem (near Nantwich), every bite supports small dairy farms and traditional cheesemaking – and Audlem to Utkinton is about as local as it gets! 🐄❤️
