We have Big Joe Bone in the house (albeit a round one!) this Friday 9th October. Music starting from 6ish/6.30. Tables available from 5 or just pop on down for a drink. Think raspy vocals, delta blues and roots 🎶

Though the tipi may have had its season, STOKED certainly has not! In the glorious September sun today we took the tipi down ready to cosy into our gorgeous round house for the winter months. Still serving up Wednesday to Sunday lunch & dinner, coffee and cake and we’ve finally released our Christmas menu🎄 be the first to secure your table by dropping us an email (think big Christmas tree in the middle, baubles & garlands hanging from the larch frame 😍) it certainly will be a location to remember.

Here it is folks, our 2026 Christmas menu but of course with a Stoked twist. ⭐️ 🎄 🎅🏻

We are so excited to be running a Christmas menu again, especially from inside our cosy round house (we can’t wait to decorate it!)

Happy Sunday!

Just a reminder that though our bouldering wall is open as normal (10-4) today, STOKED and our water activities have been privately hired for the day (20th September) so will be closed to public for the day.

Wouldn’t it be a lot easier if we could pack the whole roundhouse build into 18 seconds?
But then where’s the fun in telling the story of why we did it, the moments within it, and why now, more than ever, we need you.

Ultimately, the roundhouse became a huge leap for us. It allowed us to consistently deliver blooming great food, atmosphere and hospitality, while trying to be innovative in what we did — and, importantly, giving our talented team the opportunity to stay with us all year round (Christmas menu pending 🎄)

When we thought about what we wanted to do next, and where we wanted to invest our time and energy, it was all about Stoked. And rightly so. The word had spread, the food was good and the tipis had done their job.
We tried for multiple years to keep the tipis going through the winter months, but what we can tell you is this: it was a lot of hassle and even more stress 🫠

That’s where the roundhouse came in.
It also meant we could finally create a full eco build. .pren were amazing in helping us bring the vision to life.
The roundhouse isn’t just an extraordinary Welsh eco build. It has an even bigger purpose: to provide a unique, relaxed setting, but more importantly, to create full-time, year-round jobs for our talented team — and to showcase that Pembrokeshire is a lot less seasonal than you might think (keep an eye out for our events 👀)
Now that the busy summer is over, we probably speak for a lot of Pembrokeshire businesses when we say this:
When you’re next out and about, think of the independents.
Grab a coffee. Book a table. Share something online. Plan your next celebration. Buy a gift from a local business.
There are so many businesses across Pembrokeshire doing everything they can to survive, thrive and provide a sense of place through those colder, quieter months.

A reminder- we will be closed today (12th Sept) due to Iron Man Road closures! Huge good luck to those taking on the 🐉

We will also be closed to public (bar the bouldering wall is open as normal) Sunday 20th due to a private hire of water activities and .

👉🏻Your last chance to get on the aqua park this year is 19th September!!
👉🏻Otherwise, the bouldering wall and STOKED (don’t forget we’ve built the roundhouse now!) will be open all year round whilst wakeboarding will be right through to the end of November 🤙
