Last night of wild camping, as the DofE Gold will be completed tomorrow. The candidates have hiked 70km over 4 days in very tough terrain, so really well done to them.

Drive back on Saturday, then Lavenham Farmer's Market on Sunday with Suffolk Market Events . Hope to see some of you there!!

Early morning at Wild Camp 1. Rain overnight, but not complaining. It was the wind blowing a hoolie that kept me awake.

Night 2 we are living in luxury; Cornel Scout Hut, so showers and toilets.

The next new thing!!

Rub Me Up is the new range of dry rubs! This one is made from Suffolk N' Hot, so the flavour is similar, but i have dried whole lemon and added that, so there is a rather pleasant citrus hit at the end.

Soon to be listed on the website, £6 for 40g. Each jar has a small silica gel sachet (don't eat...) yo keep the product as dry as possible, and has a tamper proof seal, so you know it's as good as the day it was packed.

Other flavours due soon. Rub Me Up; Suffolk N' Smoky is coming next!!!
