Just over a year ago we started delivering to local residents in response to pub and restaurant closures. Fast forward 12 months and they are still closed!! We have continued the local watercress delivery since March and are grateful for your continued support. With the news yesterday of the national lockdown throughout November, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that watercress is still very much in season and ideal this winter for healthy soups, pesto, smoothies and homemade scones to get you ready for Christmas!! Another busy week and more delicious photos of what you have been making! Watercress and cheese scones; a watercress dip; sausage rolls with watercress; mini pork and watercress burgers and cheese, tomato and watercress quiche with gnocchi, garlic, cheese and watercress sauce!!
