Hattingley Valley Wines Founded in 2008 by owner and chairman Simon Robinson, Hattingley Valley is a family-owned English wine producer located in rural Hampshire.

Initially started as a farm diversification project, it has gone on to become one of the UK's leading wineries. It is the team here at Hattingley who produce an outstanding wine. From the grapes nurtured on Hampshire chalk, to the delicious sparkling wine made unique by the elegant touch of oak. The team have immense pride in their work and we are delighted that this has been recognised by so many international and national awards. We use the traditional method for making our wines. A key element of our style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year as well as ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks. This softens the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. With climate change and technological developments the English wine industry is on the brink of something very special. Equipped with the latest technology and a talented team Hattingley Valley Wines are on a mission to make a world beating sparkling English Wine.

The evenings might be getting shorter, but golden hour is only getting better! ✨🍂

As the light fades a little earlier and summer starts to slip into autumn, there’s something rather lovely about slowing down and making the most of those last golden rays.

And, naturally, it calls for a glass of something special 🥂

Our Rosé 2021 is delightfully creamy and smooth, with soft red fruits and a beautifully elegant finish. The perfect pour to enjoy as the sun dips below the horizon. We’ll drink to that. 🌅🍾

We’re on track for our earliest finish to harvest yet, with the last fruit expected to be pressed tomorrow!

Maybe all that blinking really does make time fly... 👀✨

There’s still just enough warmth in the air to sit outside, soak up the last of the garden blooms and enjoy a glass of something special🥂

And at this time of year, our Blanc de Blancs is the perfect pour. Rich, complex and beautifully layered, its character comes from time, patience and exceptional Chardonnay.

Long ageing in bottle on the lees brings texture and delicate bakery notes, while malolactic conversion softens the acidity, giving the w**e a wonderfully creamy character. Alongside this, the finest Chardonnay grapes shine through with bright citrus, crisp apple, pear and that unmistakable English freshness.

A w**e made for lingering, as summer slowly gives way to autumn. 🍐🍋

There are officially only 100 days until Christmas 🎄✨

We know it feels early, but Christmas has a habit of arriving faster than expected. Consider this your gentle reminder to start thinking about what you'll be drinking, sharing and gifting this festive season.

Whether it's a bottle opened around the dinner table, a thoughtful gift, or something special saved for Christmas Day, a little planning now can make December feel a lot less frantic.

For now, we're simply planting the seed. Christmas is coming...

There’s nothing quite like the sound of English fizz being poured into a glass. 🥂✨

And there’s a reason it sounds—and feels—so good.

Those fine, delicate bubbles are a hallmark of the **Traditional Method**, created through a slow secondary fermentation in the bottle. The carbon dioxide dissolves under pressure, forming smaller, more numerous bubbles that give the w**e a softer, creamier texture rather than an aggressive fizz.

At Hattingley Valley, we take our time too. Our English sparkling w**es spend years ageing in bottle before release, allowing those bubbles, flavours and textures to develop beautifully.

So we’ve done the ageing for you. All that’s left to do is pop, pour and enjoy your quality fizz…
