📍Café Manager (Part-Time) £27,000 pro rata • ~17.5 hrs/week (flexible) • 1-year contract

- Leading and supporting the café & retail team
- Managing rotas, staff development, and smooth daily operations
- Overseeing stock, finances, suppliers & reporting
- Maintaining high standards of food, drink, and service
- Helping shape events, menu ideas, and community partnerships
- Creating a warm, welcoming space everyone loves to visit

About You
Experience in hospitality/café management
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Passionate about great service, food, and coffee
Comfortable working some evenings and weekends
Committed to inclusive, community-focused values
This is a great opportunity to help shape a new café from its early stages and contribute to an exciting community project.
