Apple Day Festival 2023 🍎

What are you doing this Saturday between the hours of 10am and 3pm?? Unless the answer is heading down to see us for apple day, it's the wrong answer!

Think apples galore, fresh apple juice, cider, raclette, pizza, ice cream, activities and generally everyone having a grand ol' time!

From a nine-year-old boy's passion for bees to making it a business reality, it has been a rewarding and exciting 24-year journey for us at Afon Mêl Honey Farm & Meadery. Sam started beekeeping when he was nine and was the youngest member to join the Teifiside Beekeeping Association. Sam was taught by neighbour and chair of the Beekeeping Association Mr. Charles Jackson, who, in the article, said of Sam, " He's my star pupil."

We’ve worked incredibly hard as a family to get where we are today and we can’t wait to share some things we've been working on behind the scenes with you soon 🤩
