Mix together:

* 1 cup round pineapple
* ½ cup shredded coconut
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* ½ cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* ¼ cup vegetable oil
* 1 tsp baking powder

Stir until smooth.

Pour the batter into a parchment-lined round cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
