Fennel Martini - delicious but a tricky garnish. Recipe:

25ml Gin of your choice

15ml Great British Vermouth

Fennel blossom

Chill your glasses, shake your gin and over ice then pour.
Swirl your fennel and let it sit for a minute (catch it when it falls out).

Enjoy! It may be a quick stir but the aromatic fennel adds a lovely note to a gin martini.
