Introducing the first of four new wines we have on our shelves by Corten Winery

Corten's first wine blend made from Fetească Neagră and Saperavi grown in Valul-Lui-Traian PGI.

This wine has the purple inky colour synonymous with Saperavi, while delivering notes of sour cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant. On the finish it has black pepper and cloves, with smooth velvety tannins that are soft and well rounded due to the aging in French oak.

This wine is available to sample in our shop this week!

Today’s the day — InKnotts Wine is officially open.

After months of planning, building, painting, shelving, tasting, and dreaming, we finally opened the doors this morning Newark’s new independent Eastern European wine shop.
Every detail has been shaped with care — and it means the world to share this moment with you.

A huge thank you to my wife for being by my side through every late night and early morning.
And yes… the charcuterie platter is ready too.
