Looking for a Hog Roast? We mean a REAL HOG ROAST!

Our home-bred traditional Berkshire pigs are slowly roasted, and lifted up onto the spit when we are ready to serve.
The sight of the crackling, golden, melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection crackling, gets your mouth watering, with the aroma of the pork adding to the experience.
Served in fresh rolls from a Newark bakery, with home-made stuffing (real stuffing), home-made apple sauce and BBQ sauce.
