So lesson learned tonight, use the puff pastry you always use. I used different tonight and it went all Pete Tong! Bells puff pastry 1 Will 0!

At least my Bridie's turned out well with the usual short crust! Here is my attempt at a Cornish pastie ........

Guys if you have any suggestions of what you would like us to make, give us a huge shout out ! 😋🫶✌️ Not perfect but that's the way I like it !

So we will be busy boys again tomorrow trying more delicious goodies. More sausage rolls, pasties and large filo parcels.

Sausage rolls - Sausage meat and Lorne sausage with onion chutney. Cheese and onion,

Pasties- Cornish, cheese and onion, chicken and chorizo.

Large filo parcels- chicken curry and chicken in white wine sauce

More options are available but let us know what you fancy and we will see what we can do.
