I usually go with cured cantabrian anchovies but tried these fresh ones here. Delicious. Do you order them on your pizza??

Kept simple with a marinara base. Oregano, garlic and a cheeky basil leaf.

I’m GIVING AWAY two Arc Lites! 🍕🔥

THAI PRAWN PIZZA 🇹🇭 🦐 🌶️

Following on from the Thai Dog here - this is a proper fusion beast of a pizza. Can’t recommend trying it enough.

I used half tomato and a good drizzle of spicy burnt chilli sauce for the base. Chopping the prawns ensures they’re perfectly cooked through, juicy and distributed so you get some in every bite.

-Chopped King Prawns
-San Marzano Toms
-Burnt Chilli Sauce
-Thai Basil
-Birdseye chillies
-Premium fish sauce (just a dash)
-Asian Chilli Oil

Post bake
-Chopped coriander
-Crispy Fried Onions
-Spring Onion
