Chorizo and Roasted Peppers

I’ve done this before and I’ll do it again! Inspired by the Brindisa Spanish Foods sandwich at Borough Market this is a super tasty pizza.

Chorizo and Odysea roasted peppers prebake. A little rocket dressed in olive oil and sherry vinegar post bake.

Love it!

Caramelised Onion and Chilli Crisp

An intensely savoury celebration of the onion using caramelised onions, crispy onions and chives. Creamy fior Di latte and stracciatella add textural contrast and creaminess against the spicy chilli crisp.

You know I like a good dessert pizza. Here’s one I made the other day. You can use any toppings you like but this combo works so well. The passion yuzu creme will be tricky for anyone outside the uk but I’m sure you can find an alternative that’s similar.

Gone spicy here with one of my faves. Essentially a Diavola with extra 🔥

Lovely hot PROPERONI, extra hot Banhoek Chilli Oil and a big handful of chillies on a marg base.

Soooo addictive.

I’m thanking L'industrie Pizzeria - Brooklyn for the inspo on this one. Fig jam and bacon is an absolutely killer combo you won’t want to sleep on.

PIZZA DOGS

These are just the best. Everyone goes crazy for them - the ultimate upgrade to elevate a boring hot dog.

Use a 130g dough ball and a nice long sausage like a brat.
