Brewed with Eclipse, Citra, and Riwaka, bursts with juicy tropical aromas, blending ripe mango, passionfruit, and zesty citrus. Expect soft, pillowy mouthfeel, low bitterness with flavors of sweet mandarin, grapefruit, and a hint of dank, resinous lime zest on the finish.

We’ve made a few tweaks to our opening times, which come into effect from today!

The headline news is that the taproom is now open EVERY THURSDAY EVENING! 🥳 We’re also staying open a little later on Sundays to extend the chill Sunday sessions! 😎

Taproom Open:
Thursday - 17:00-22:00
Friday - 16:00-22:00
Saturday - 12:00-22:00
Sunday - 13:00-19:00

We’ve also set our new Pizza Kitchen hours, these may be subject to change as we work out what works best! If you’ve not given our pizzas a try yet, come on down! You won’t be disappointed!🍕

🥒 Picklefest is back for 2026! 🥒
We’re so excited to announce that we’re bringing back Picklefest this year - save the date of the 11th July right now! 🗓️

A collaboration between Delphic Brewing, Green Shed Cider and Fermented Reality - With Picklefest we are inviting the people of Newbury to unleash their creativity and enter delicious homemade treats into a competition to crown the ultimate champion, in a number of different categories. Categories include pickles, chutneys, preserves, hot sauce, jam, kimchi, drinks and honey.

We’re working hard on plans behind the scenes, with big announcements to come over the next few weeks! 🚨

Entries are open now on our website (or follow the link in our bio) - secure yours now if you’d like to take part!

The event is free to attend and taste the goods, all winners are decided on the day and voted for by the general public, so come on down and vote for your favourites!

Introducing the latest iteration of our Single Hop Pale series! This time brewed with the incredible Eggers Special from .

A Juicy pale ale, brewed with just one variety of hop. Eggers Special imparts vibrant notes of passionfruit, guava and pineapple, layered with bright grapefruit and dank tropical citrus character. A distinctive, late harvested Riwaka variant, grown by Eggers Hops in New Zealand’s Moutere Valley.
