This is truly local meat! Our meat is sold exclusively through the shop enabling us to provide a great quality product, with impressive provenance, at very competitive prices. Each week we try to have some fresh meat to compliment our range of frozen produce. Our rare Speckle Park bulls mixed with our native bred cows combine to produce the top quality beef we are renowned for. This grass fed, mar

bled beef has been highly praised by top chefs for its tenderness and taste. Being grass fed, the meat is high in Omega 3 Acids, making it healthy as well as great tasting. All our beef is slowly matured for 14-35 days. We have a small number of Duroc cross pigs, a breed renowned for tenderness. The pigs are reared in straw barns and run free around the farm eating home grown feed. Our Priorities as a Working Farm:
