🌟 𝗡𝗢𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗢𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗡 🌟

(Nantdywyll Penaig x Springbourne Catryn)

What a fantastic achievement! Huge congratulations to everyone connected with 𝗡𝗼𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 on his wonderful win at the Horse of the Year Show, winning the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔 𝗡𝗣𝗦 / 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗠&𝗠 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿. 🏆👏

We are particular proud of Clinton, as he is out of 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗻, and we were fortunate enough to have him with us this summer to cover some of our mares.

What makes his achievement even more remarkable is his 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. To go from covering mares to qualifying for HOYS in both Open Ridden and Working Hunter Pony classes within just 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 is quite something!

It is a wonderful example of what we hope to see in our Welsh Mountain Ponies — 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯.

We are now even more excited about the prospect of welcoming his foals next spring and seeing what he produces from our mares. 💛

Once again, 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to all his connections on a truly wonderful achievement!💜💛

𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗠𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘
📅 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿

𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 is a well-grown, free-moving c**t with plenty of scope and a beautiful length of rein. His striking 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 make him particularly eye-catching. ✨

He comes from the same family as 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗳, who is enjoying a successful ridden career, and we feel Gabor has all the attributes to follow a similar path.

His full brother is already competing successfully in youngstock classes for his new owners, who are very much looking forward to producing him under saddle when the time comes.

His sire, 𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹, is proving his worth as a sire of successful ridden ponies, while consistently passing on his 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

With his looks, movement, breeding and temperament, Gabor is a 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 — initially in-hand and, in time, under saddle. ❤️

(Tafarnaubach Sion x Crumpwell Shania)

We are offering Shamson for breeding lease for 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 before he returns home to resume stud duties with us.

Shamson is a very kind, straightforward pony who is 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲. He will cover in hand or is equally happy running out with his mares.

We have several of his daughters coming through to join our future broodmare band, while his sons are already 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲, which has been lovely to see.

Shamson is currently standing at the 𝗖𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲, where he has produced some very smart foals. Before he returns home, we thought we would see whether there might be someone interested in having the opportunity to use him for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

He can be collected from 𝗖𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗻, or alternatively from us in 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲, whichever is most convenient.

🐴💨 𝗔 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗨𝗡! 💨🐴

We had a bit of a reshuffle and brought our two groups of mares together — which, of course, was all the excuse the foals needed for a good play!

There was plenty of 𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳 as they got to know each other and raced around the field. 🥰

Never a dull moment when there are foals about! ❤️🐴

🤎🐴 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗔 🐴🤎

(Wernderris Caramel x Blanche Musette by Forlan Honey Wizard)

This lovely, upstanding chestnut c**t is offered to a 𝟱⭐️ home where we hope he can go on to fulfil his potential.

Meta is a particularly nice c**t, but unfortunately he is too closely related for us to retain. We have kept several fillies by 𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 who will become our future broodmares, so Meta is now looking for a home where he can be appreciated and given the opportunity to develop.

For this reason, he is 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲.

Meta has the typical 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 — he is easy to handle and sensible, but certainly knows how to put on a show when asked! ✨ He will happily pop along with his 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, showing plenty of Welsh character, presence and movement. ❤️

As with all our foals, Meta will be 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱-𝗹𝗶𝗯 𝗵𝗮𝘆. He has his feet regularly trimmed and is wormed routinely.

We would love to find Meta a knowledgeable, loving home where he can continue to thrive and fulfil his potential. ❤️

A fantastic set of results and a lovely reflection of the 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀. ❤️

It was also great to see the return of 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄, and we will definitely be back next year!

🏆 Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you to all those who make days like this so enjoyable. 🐴❤️

🌸🐴 𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗬𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡 🐴🌸

(Wernderris Caramel x Springbourne Cygnet by Cascob Silver Ghost)

We are reluctantly offering this lovely filly foal from our 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 “𝗖” 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 to a 𝟱⭐️ home.

Cyclamen has the typical 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 — she is easy to handle and sensible, but certainly knows how to put on a show when asked! ✨ She will happily pop along with her 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, showing plenty of Welsh character and presence. ❤️

As with all our foals, Cyclamen will be 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱-𝗹𝗶𝗯 𝗵𝗮𝘆, has her feet regularly trimmed and is wormed routinely.

She is a very special filly and one we would be very happy to see go to a knowledgeable, loving home where she can fulfil her potential.

🇩🇪🐴 𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗘 🐴🇩🇪

We recently received a wonderful update about 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲 (Yaverland Carousel x Springbourne Clementine by Springbourne Caraway).

Charlotte is now based in 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆, where she has proved to be a most wonderful pony for her young jockey, 𝗘𝗻𝗻𝗮. ❤️

Charlotte will eventually move on to become the pony for 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵, who visited us recently to meet the family of her new pony. It is so lovely to know that Charlotte has already made such a special partnership with Enna and will now go on to do the same with Elizabeth. 🥰

We really do love receiving updates about the ponies we have bred. Seeing them happy, loved and fulfilling their potential in their new homes makes all the hard work of breeding them so worthwhile. ❤️

If you have a 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘆, we would absolutely love to hear how they are doing — and, of course, see some photos! 📸🐴

Please feel free to PM us with your updates. We never tire of seeing our home-bred ponies enjoying their new lives! ❤️
