This T-bone is currently sitting in our Himalayan salt dry age room, where it's being left to develop even more flavor and tenderness.
There'll be plenty more coming out of the dry age room and onto the counter when Off The Block opens.

Week 3 of the shop fit-out is done!

Big progress this week! The production area is finished, the fridge panels are in, and flooring has started. It’s all coming together fast, and we’re getting closer to opening the doors at Off The Block!

Keep an eye out for more updates, there’s plenty more to come!

Straight from our Himalayan dry ageing chamber and onto the barbecue.
