​🚚 An Update on Our Round & Route 🚚
​As many of you know, when we took over the rounds from the absolute man, myth, and legend, Jeff, we had some incredibly big shoes to fill!
​Following the transition, we noticed that quite a few people stopped coming out to the van because they missed seeing Jeff's familiar face. While we completely understand and respect how much everyone loved him, as a business, we had to make some tough decisions. To keep the wheels turning, we had to prioritise the streets and stops where demand was highest, which unfortunately meant cutting several stops from the old route.

​We want you back!
So ​if your street was one of the ones cut and you want to see Alex's Ices back outside your house, we want to hear from you.

​⚠️ A Quick Note on Community Kindness:
Sadly, we have received a number of unfair and, at times, offensive comments regarding these route changes. We do our absolute best to keep this page a safe, family-friendly, and positive space for the kids and families who follow us, which means we actively delete these comments and block the individuals responsible. First off, we want to say a huge thank you for your patience. We know it’s been a bit quiet on our end lately, and we’re sorry for the radio silence!We haven’t been lounging in the shade, though—quite the opposite. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make this our best season yet.

​Sorry guys, we’re taking a brief timeout today. With Ant away on holiday, I need to head off and grab some essential parts to keep the fleet running smoothly for the weekend.
