It really doesn’t get sweeter than this 😍

Chargrilled pineapple with a caramelised sugar glaze 🍍 topped with coconut ice cream, sesame seeds and a little chunk of handmade brittle 🍬 finished with a drizzle of sweet maple syrup 🤤

Eton mess 🤩 made with Chantilly cream, crushed meringues, fresh strawberries 🍓 sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries and finished with a drizzle of sweet raspberry coulis 😘🤌🏻

Cheese toastie with smoked applewood cheese and cheddar 🧀 perfectly toasted to create that lovely crunch on the outside with cheese just oozing from the middle🤤

Served with side salad and homemade chilli jam 🌶
