Anyone who has had the pleasure of trying the Prosciutto E Bufala knows she is a baddie

Cooked this one at a higher temp (around 450 full flame on) which resulted in big phat crusts and a very light base 👨‍🍳

Friday tomorrow and I am taking my sister out for her 21st birthday, no pizzas involved but plenty of beers and some ramen to celebrate her life and her luck for being related to me 🍀👩

Hello everyone, pizza papi is back

Took a long break towards back end of the year, I was burnt out with work, training and having a decent social life so really didn’t have the energy to keep up with the page.

Winter absolutely does me in as well - it really isn’t a good time for me, I am craving seeing more daylight and sunshine ☀️

Going to also try and not put to much pressure on myself to be constantly posting. This for me atm is just a nice hobby and I want to keep enjoying it, I will see what the new year brings but going to keep it chill ✌️

Radiators are down in the flat as well so I’ve been proving my dough using my space heaters - very efficient very clever 🤓

Worst stand mixer in the world been getting a good run in lately - whipped up some ricotta this afternoon with the garlic used to make the confit tomatoes👨‍🍳
