Want to elevate your Christmas dinner this year ? Serve Steak Tartare - here is how to make it at home. The recipe is enough for 4 people
•400g of fillet steak, diced in small cubes (I cut with the grain, then with the grain again and then against the grain)
•1 tbsp of diced cornishons
•1 tbsp of chopped capers
•1 tbsp of chopped parsley
•1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
•1 tbsp dijon mustard
•2 egg yolks
•salt and pepper to season
• French baguette or grilled sourdough to serve
Method:
Keep one egg yolk aside and mix everything else together, season to taste and serve as per video, topped with the egg yolk which was kept aside.
Serve with plenty of crusty bread
