This baking kit is one of our personal favourites! Rainbow Funfetti Cookies are a perfect treat for any occasion, and so much easier than baking a cake! All of your professional ingredients are pre weighed, all you need is some margarine and water.

So much simpler than a cake, right?!

They are extra thick and each cookie weighs a whopping 130g and is full of Belgian White Chocolate. Our baking kit makes 6 of these huge cookies.

🍓 What came first, the clotted cream or jam? 🍓

This has to be one of the biggest scone debates there is! I have always thought I like clotted cream first, then jam. Today however, I went for jam first! Maybe this is because I have just found out that Her Majesty The Queen, has it this way 👸 If it is good enough for her, has to be for us?! 🤷‍♂️

😍 Freshly baked scones have to be one of the best baking treats there is 😍

One of our star baker’s was kind enough to send us this video of the scones they made with our baking kit! It is making us incredibly hungry, we have watched it a dozen times!

😋 This traditional scone had to be featured on our baking kit menu 😋

You can’t beat a good old classic! These scones are so fluffy and light inside. They are also jam packed with fruit!

Add some LASHINGS of clotted cream & jam for the ultimate Afternoon Tea treat.

You only need some water, an egg and a dusting of flour with this baking kit. What’s more, there are only 4 steps to follow, easy peasy!

P.S It’s clotted cream first, then jam on top for us!

👋 Hello everyone! 👋

The weekend is here! Isn’t it great to be able to enjoy the outdoors and go for a meal and a drink, I hope you all have made the most of it and have some exciting plans for your weekend!

It has been a busy week here at the Baker’s Box. I thought it was time to put a face to the name, so hello, I’m Marcus 👋

All of the boxes and recipes you have received have been carefully planned, prepared and packed by myself.

This week I have been very busy sourcing some new ingredients for our Stuffed American Cookies and also finalising the recipe and the incredibly simple steps!

The new cookies are honestly, amazing! I don’t know about you, but I have always been underwhelmed by the cookie baking kits available in the supermarkets.

I love huge cookies, with a crispy outside and chewy inside, so, that’s what I created!

Keep an eye out for more posts soon, we will be going through the recipes step by step and dropping the flavours as they are available to order.
