Stu Brew Europe's first student-run microbrewery at Newcastle University. Like for updates of brew days, events and new beers available

Europe's first student-run microbrewery. Situated within Newcastle University's grounds, we focus on providing a sustainable method towards small scale brewing. We currently are selling at Crow's Nest, Newcastle University's own Mensbar, the Split Chimp in Newcaslte city centre and the Lonsdale terrace in Jesmond. We also run our own tap events around the university and serve at other organisation

's events. Set up as a NUSU society, we connect people from all areas of the university who are interested in brewing, to help support our business from the brand design to helping out on brew days. We also host social events once a month to give members a taste of some of our new beers.

Updates on our pub quiz!!

The quiz will start at 6:30pm during the Bash. There is no need to sign up before hand, but we recommend nabbing a bench before they're taken!.

You can have up to 6 ppl in a team, and we would love to see some creative team names.

50 questions, 1 winning team, and drinks tokens as your prize! These tokens are only valid for cask and non-alcoholic drinks.

The quiz will be split in half, with a 20 minute break to grab a refreshment.

We look forward to seeing you all there! For the final bash of this academic year, to celebrate the end to exam season 🎉

Our final bash of the year will be Friday 29th of May, 5-11pm, in collaboration with LGBTQ+ Society. 🌈

We will have a special collab beer made just for the event 👀 keep an eye out for updates.

The penultimate brewery bash of the 2025-26 academic year will be on Friday the 24th of April 🌻🌸🪻

With music from , and scran from 🍕🤤 delicious wood-fired pizza made to order

As usual, we will have a selection of light and dark ales, red and white wines, our own gin, with tonic and lemonade available, and a selection of soft drinks and 0% alcohol beverages 🥂

Everyone is welcome, whether you're a member of staff, student, or member of the public 😎
