It’s a week late, but Happy Chinese New Year!

I was definitely waaay ambitious hoping to turn this one around in 4 days.
This isn’t cake though, it’s chocolate and boy is chocolate a temperamental medium; mushy if hot and rock hard when cold.
Lots of lessons learned, but mainly that I’ll stick to fondant in the future and not start projects at the last minute!
This Chinese dragon is made from solid chocolate and weighs in at a hefty 7kgs, using almost 30 bars of white chocolate.
(Apologies if you were in Gosforth Asda this week and wondering where all the chocolate went!)
