Good things come to those who wait 🥩

Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in our dedicated carcass ageing room, complete with its own Himalayan salt wall.

Over time, the ageing process naturally tenderises the beef while developing the deeper, richer flavour that makes properly dry-aged beef so special.

No shortcuts. Just great beef, given the time it deserves.
