‘Pevensey Blue’

We collaborated with Pevensey Cheese for this month’s special and as part of Foodwave Festival. We had a good time taste testing the cheeses they sent and making some fun combos before settling on fig, pancetta, and walnut. It’s damn good.

You can read more about Pevensey Cheese over on our blog. Foodwave festival finishes this weekend but you can get the special Pat’s pizza till the end of the month!
