Our 🍋 & pistachio buns BTSA 💚
This is a two-day process!
1️⃣On day one, we make the bun dough and let it rest overnight in the fridge.
2️⃣On day two, the dough is stretched out thinly and generously spread with pistachio cream and lemon curd 🤌🏻
It's then rolled up, cut into 2 cm, arranged snugly in a tray, and left to proof for around 2 hours.
And voilà! Freshly baked Lemon & Pistachio Buns ✨
