Dear friends and fans of Sambal Culture,
Firstly we would like to wish you a Happy New Year and hope you are eating well and keeping safe!
Next, we would like to give you a proper update regarding our future plans and if we will continue to operate or not. (Huge apologies to all of you especially those whom have been constantly checking on our page to find out if we are operating!)

Sorry to disappoint many of you, we will not be operating as how we used to do :(

But, the good news is - we are revamping our operation mode - we will do private dining for a minimum of 4 persons and above, minimum spending of £25 per head, based on a customised menu of our popular dishes such as Chicken Rice, Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Chicken/Mutton/Beef Curry Rice, Seafood Noodles, etc.
We will provide more details and create a menu for you to make your bookings. So do look out for this update!

Thank you so much for your support during those difficult lockdown days, it was a great journey with all of you to keep our taste buds uplifted despite all those dining/entertainment restrictions.

We look forward to continue our foodie explorations in another mode and we wish you a healthy and delicious 2022!

Thank you for popping in to check us out, it’s heartening to know you’re following us and looking for updates on our menu even though we’ve been absolutely quiet on this page 😬😬 (apologies 🙈)

Thankfully we are enjoying the summer break (besides our full time busy work schedules!), with lots of eating out at our favourite restaurants, taking time out to rejuvenate our mental health with many walkabouts at the local parks and keeping in touch with our Singapore families with some virtual parties!

Yes, we are usually back in Singapore during this time of the year, it can be depressing if we don’t keep ourselves connected socially. Thanks to all of your support that kept us excited with our food culture 😊

We will be back by end September and please feel free to let us know what are your top craving Singapore food 👌🏻

This weekend's menu is our all-time favourite - Singapore Chicken Rice Set with Singapore Fried Noodles.

We also have extended to cater for you on Monday, as we hope you will eat out during the weekends to support our local restaurants and still get to order from our home-cooked dishes on Monday!

Updates
It's been almost 3 weeks since we posted our menu, and we 'subconsciously' went into a little silent mode. Apologies for not updating all of you on this page, as we decided to give ourselves a little break after taken the Covid Vaccinations 2 weekends ago, also an excuse not to cook, so that we could join the eat-out gang 😉
Thank you so much for all your lovely 'check-ins' via private messages to find out if we're fine, we felt very touched by your concerns and kind thoughts. Yes, we are well and kicking, thankful for the lovely weather (in some days) and the easing of lockdowns that adds to the summer cheers 😊
