Farmhouse Fayre has now been trading for over twenty-five years, serving the local community. With the shop based in the heart of Newport and the wholesale branch of the business operating out of the farm at Atherfield. The Morris family have been farming for generations and took on Farmhouse Fayre ten years ago as a good place to sell their homegrown produce.

🎉 Wahey it’s the weekend 🎉
🤩 Wow what a week it has been!
🧑🏻‍🌾 Philip has been busy looking out to all the seeds we have been planting. He has kept them all watered and put a net over the tunnel to keep the pigeons out as they have decided that the plants are a tasty breakfast for them!
🌱 The seeds have now grown into beautiful plants and they are looking stronger by the day!
🫘 The best news of the week was we spotted our first runner beans forming on the plants! They look really good and we can’t wait to be harvesting some of our lovely runners! Grandad has been a huge help keeping them all watered and hydrated!

🤩 Wow hasn’t this week gone quick! The weather is clearing up and hopefully the sun will be popping out to say hello!
⭐️ Our team have been busy stocking up the shop and it is looking very full and bright!
🍄‍🟫 We have added Sh*ttake and portabella mushrooms to our every growing range and hopefully will be getting lionsmane back in soon!
💚 Our salad fixture is looking very inviting with it’s rainbow of colours!
🥕 The veg counter is just bursting with goodness!
🍑 Our fruit fixture at the front of the shop is just shining with fresh produce guaranteed to make your mouth water!

🌅 Good morning to you all 🌅
🤩 Our shop is looking super bright and colourful today with all the amazing fresh produce!
🍒 The English cherries are delicious and are sweet and juicy! The weather has been tormenting the IOW Cherries and there is a problem with them splitting at the bottom but hopefully we will have some in very soon!
💚 We have expanded our Loofco range with: Smiley loofah, soap rest, washing up bar and washing up scraper which are all natural!
🤩 New products include: organic and raw h**p and Linseed butter and walnut butter!
😀 We have restocked all our milks: Coconut, Almond, Soya, Barista and oat!
😀 The Sojade yogurts have been restocked too with a new sugar free blueberry and cherry one added!

🫘 Our home grown runner bean plants are coming along nicely despite the wind blowing them around over the past few days!
🌱 We know how much you enjoyed Alfie’s beans last year so we made sure we put lots more beans in this year. We have been busy looking after them and it’s just amazing how quickly they have grown!

🌊 Today is World Ocean Day 🌊
🦈 To celebrate World Ocean Day we have created a window display highlighting why we should all protect our oceans!
🌏 We were approached by Planet Aware and were asked to take part in celebrating World Ocean day by creating a window that was ocean themed. Needless to say we jumped at a chance!
🐙 Our window display looks very Blue and ocean themed but we also wanted to highlight the importance of reusing and the impact of not reusing items!
🐋 We have learnt alot about the ocean and what we can do to help and if you are passing our shop today why not stop and have a read of some of the useful information included in our ocean backdrop!

🌈 It might be a bit grey outside but our shop is just bursting with bright colourful produce today!
🥔 We have some delicious Lincolnshire new potatoes in which scrape really well and taste amazing!
🍒 English cherries are now in and taste delicious. Hopefully another week or two we will be getting the IOW cherries in!
💚 English rhubarb is back in and is looking very tasty for all those pies and crumbles!
🍓 English strawberries have hit the shop again and at only £3 a punnet!
🤩 Come on in and see the rainbow of produce we have in store for you!

🌱 We have been busy on the farm again this week seeding. Dougie has been giving us a hand and he’s been a great help! We have managed to seed most of our cauliflower seeds and all of the cabbage, broccoli and purple sprouting.
💚 The seeding that we did over the bank holiday are coming up nicely so watch this space for us planting them out the start of July!
🤩 Our shop is looking fully stocked today with a fresh delivery of all our dried products and some new products too!
