So, bone broth... You may have heard people talking about how good it is for you, seen the pouches in the middle fridge between the deli and the till, or maybe you made it a couple of times and then given up.
Bone broth is great for naturally occurring collagen, protein and amino acids needed for healthy skin and hair, and more.
Good for when you're feeling a bit depleted too.
Heat it up and drink it from a mug for something warm and savoury, use it as the base for soups or noodles, add mushrooms and greens, pour it into stews and casseroles, or instead of ordinary stock in sauces and gravies.
We have five different bone broths to choose from:
Free-range organic chicken
Grass-fed organic beef
Sustainably caught wild fish
Low FODMAP organic chicken
Low FODMAP organic beef
The chicken is a real all-rounder, beef gives you that deeper, richer flavour, and fish works beautifully with seafood dishes, noodles, soups and risottos.
And the Low FODMAP ones? They're specially made without ingredients such as onion and garlic for people following a low FODMAP diet.
It's actually nice to have a quick, warmed up espresso sized mug before food too, for example.
Use it however works best for you as it is so versatile.
