Sambrook Manor Beef & Lamb boxes

Grass fed beef & lamb boxes available to order direct from the farm. We sell farm assured, grass reared beef & lamb in boxes ready for the oven or freezer.

Lamb boxes are half a lamb and contain 1 x leg roasting joint, 1 x fillet of lamb joint, 2 x half shoulder joints, rolled breast, lamb chops & chump chops. Beef boxes are sold in a 8 kg box all weights are minimum weight each box will be. Beef boxes will contain a mix of roasting joints (topside, silverside or top rump, slow roasts (brisket), steaks, mince & diced beef.

We already have quite a few orders on the books, if your not sure if you are down or not just drop us a quick message and we will let you know.
Unfortunately due to a rise in our costs we have had to increase our prices.

Christmas wishes to one & all. Sorry I have been a bit quiet on this page for a bit, things have been a little busy the past few months not helped by the recent changes in the latest budget and I have never known the morale in the farming industry be so low but we will try to dust ourselves off & get back to business as usual in the newyear and we will be doing boxes again soon.

We have been lucky to have an extended autumn with the last month being dry so we have been able to keep nearly all the cattle out grazing with bales of silage & hay to supplement them.
A couple of weeks ago we got the suckler herd in & split off the young heifers, the barron cows & any cows that looked a bit thin, these have stayed in the shed & everything else went back outside to bale graze on cover crops.
