I just want to say thank you to everyone who has visited us over the last 3 seasons. Especially those who have been back to see us repeatedly and those who have come back to find us again on your holiday! ❤️
Yesterday was the final day of The Coconut Chy 🥥🍉🍍 as we closed our doors for the last time.
Unfortunately although the 6 weeks holiday has been reasonably busy, outside of this trade has just been too slow. A mixture of weather, lower tourism numbers and the cost of living crisis.
To me business although competitive can be friendly and you should help each other out, collaborate and be supportive, but that is not the case at Towan with other food traders.
I have therefore decided to call it a day.
Who knows, maybe another time and another place there will be another Coconut Chy? But for now it is goodbye.
An especially big shout out to my Mum and Dad who have continuously been supportive over the last 3 seasons and have worked really hard alongside me to make The Coconut Chy what it was 🩷
I think our little bright corner of the promenade is a sad loss for Towan Beach. But for me it is time to move onto new things 🌈
